POLICY

 - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE BOOKING.

- Please arrive to your appointment ON time

- I ask that you reschedule 2 days in advance, 24 hours at the least. 

- Less than 24-hour cancellation results in 50% fee of appointment cost.

 - 15 minutes late is considered a no show and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

- Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% cost of the appointment.

- Your card will be automatically charged if violation of this policy occurs.

*Please understand I cannot fill last minute cancellation spots as it is not enough notice to get another client booked. I rely on my clients to show up to appointments in order to keep my business running. Thank you for respecting my time! 

- No guests/children at the time of your appointment please. I understand that this may be difficult, I am willing to work around babysitting schedules. 
- 30% remaining lashes are needed to be considered a fill anything under that will be a full set. (for lashes)
- Please come with NO makeup (for lashes)
- NO caffeine or smoking before appointment (for lashes)

 Forms of payment I accept are all debit / credit cards and cash.
