All LASHGOD & Belle Ame Lash Co products are stored in a sterile, sanitary environment with controlled temperature and humidity to ensure optimal performance. Please ensure your order is correct before checkout. We can only make changes to parcels before they are shipped. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept it back. Client safety and product hygiene are our top priority.

All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving the warehouse. Any damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Goods must be examined upon receipt, and any damage must be noted on the bill of landing at the time of delivery.
