Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information and product selections are correct before completing your purchase. We are able to make changes only before your order has shipped. Once a parcel leaves our facility, we cannot modify or reroute it.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully inspect all items before they leave our facility. Any damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please document it immediately and note it with the carrier upon delivery.
